組織因子途徑抑制物（ tissue factor pathway inhibitor, TFPI ）是控制凝血啟動(dòng)階段的一種體內(nèi)天然抗凝蛋白，它對(duì)組織因子途徑 （即外源性凝血途徑） 具有特異性抑制作用，曾稱為外在途徑抑制物主要來源于血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞
組織因子途徑抑制物（ tissue factor pathway inhibitor, TFPI ）是控制凝血啟動(dòng)階段的一種體內(nèi)天然抗凝蛋白，它對(duì)組織因子途徑 （即外源性凝血途徑） 具有特異性抑制作用，曾稱為外在途徑抑制物主要來源于血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞。因?yàn)檠獫{中的 TFP I 大部分存在于脂蛋白部分，故早期稱為脂蛋白相關(guān)凝血抑制物。
組織因子途徑抑制物（TFPI）是組織因子、Ⅶ因子和Ⅹ因子的天然抑制物，在維持正常凝血中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵的生理作用。近年來，隨著對(duì)TFPI結(jié)構(gòu)與功能研究的深化，發(fā)現(xiàn)它還能抗炎癥和誘導(dǎo)凋亡，并在動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化、敗血癥和惡性腫瘤等疾病的治療上有重要的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
